Redemption

1. Perks/benefits may be availed from any of the TFC Offices, Commercial Establishment Outlets or during events by simply showing the BigAtin™ Loyalty Card and a valid ID with photo.
   
   
2. Availment of perks/benefits is subject to availability thereof.
   
   
3. If qualified, members may avail perks/benefits by calling the Hotline or through the BigAtin™ website (if applicable).
   
   
4. Availment of perks/benefits can either be single or multiple, product or service from ABS-CBN International or from the Commercial Establishments.
   
   
5. Only Primary Members are qualified to make availment requests.
   
   
6. All availments subject to availability.  And all offers are subject to change without prior notice.
   
   
7. As applicable or if part of a promotional campaign, any Gift Certificates (GC) that are good as cash but are not convertible to cash are also part of the redeemable items.
   
   
8. A GC has a validity period of six (6) months (unless otherwise stated) from issuance.
   
   
9. Partial use of GC shall not be allowed. If the member will use a GC for products or services of a lesser value, the excess in the value of the GC over the value of the product or service purchased shall be forfeited.
   
   
10. Use of the Commercial Establishment’s GCs shall be subjected to the Commercial Establishment’s own policies, terms and conditions regarding the use thereof.
    
    
11. If the Member redeemed an item that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify the Commercial Establishment within forty eight (48) hours from his/her time of pick-up.
    
    
12. If and when applicable, ABS-CBN International shall only facilitate the Member’s reward redemption from the Commercial Establishment. ABS-CBN International shall not be liable or responsible for fulfillment, delivery, or condition of the reward or redeemed item. ABS-CBN International does not provide any warranty on the product or service redeemed, except when such product or service is a Product or Service of ABS-CBN International. The only warranties on the products or service redeemed are those given by their respective Commercial Establishments or manufacturers thereof, and may only be claimed against such Commercial Establishments or manufacturers.
    
    
13. The returns will only be subjected to the warranty of the product given by the Commercial Establishment.
    
    
14. Any dispute concerning goods and services redeemed from Commercial Establishments shall be settled exclusively between the Member and the Commercial Establishment.
