Membership Status

1. Renewal Policies:
   Current BigAtin, NA members prior to February 01, 2010 need not reapply. 

1. The validity period of BigAtin™ membership card has no expiration date, unless the Member notifies ABS-CBN International of his intention to terminate his/her membership thru written notification addressed to ABS-CBN International.
   
   
2. For Gold and Platinum Status, these BigAtin membership cards shall be considered valid and active from February 01, 2010 on.  Members under Gold and Platinum status have the option of calling the Hotline for a new standard BigAtin membership card at no charge. 
   
   
3. Supplementary members must reapply as a Primary Member if residing in the US.  Supplementary members  living in the Philippines may use their current Supplementary membership cards at the discretion of the commercial establishment or merchant partner.
   
   
4. A Member may terminate his Membership at any time by sending a written notification to ABS-CBN International c/o BigAtin, NA HQ. 150 Shoreline Drive Redwood City, CA 94065 .
   
   
2. Deactivation Policies:
1. Deactivation initiated by ABS-CBN International:
1. ABS-CBN International’s BigAtin, NA Membership Program has sole discretion to deactive any or all membership accounts given good reason(s) that may affect daily business activities.
2. ABS-CBN International may notify Members who have not transacted for the past nine (9) months or more. This notification will only be sent to members who opted-in the Program.
3. Notice may be given three (3) months before the end date of the membership validity to the Primary Member. This notification will only be sent to members who opted-in the Program.

2. Deactivation initiated by the Member:
1. A Member who no longer intends to transact with ABS-CBN International may choose deactivate his Membership at any time by sending a written notification to ABS-CBN International.
2. Prior to having his/her account deactivated, all perks/benefits the Member may have is/are not transferrable to friends or family members who are also Primary Members of the ABS-CBN BigAtin™ Membership Program.
