General Statement

1. The “BigAtin™ Membership Program” or the “Program” is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories and Possessions), 18 years or older.
   
   
2. There is only one type of BigAtin Membership Account:  Primary.
   
   Primary Members – are customers and non-customers of ABS-CBN International  who applied to the membership program and are entitled to avail of perks and benefits.

3. The BigAtin Membership Card (the “Card”) is not transferable. The Member shall be liable for all unauthorized or improper use of the Card.
   
   
4. This Catalog does not embody the complete terms and conditions, mechanics and policies for the BigAtin™ Membership Program and membership thereunder. Customers are advised to visit the BigAtin™ website at www.bigatin.com, or call the BigAtin™ Hotline for copies of the complete Terms and Conditions, Mechanics, Privacy Policy, and other rules, policies and updates for the Program, and membership thereunder, and for any questions in connection therewith. ABS-CBN International may amend the Terms and Conditions, Mechanics, Privacy Policy, and other rules and policies in connection with the Program, including matters embodied in this Catalog, effective after a reasonable period from notice or publication in the BigAtin™ website.
