Points and Redemption for Sarimanok One Rechargeable Phonecard

1. The member will begin earning points on the date the Sarimanok One phonecard is first recharged.
   
   
2. One  (1) point will be granted for every $1 (U.S.) spent on paid recharges made on the cardholder’s primary phonecard.
   
   
3. Adjustments will be made to your Sarimanok One points as a result of cancelled and/or fraudulent recharges, double-posting or misposting.
   
   
4. Points accrued have no cash or monetary value
   
   
5. Points are transferrable but only among immediate family members with the same surname.  Immediate family members include your parents, sibling(s), spouse, and child(ren).  A written letter authorizing the transfer of points from the cardholder whose points will be transferred is necessary to process the transfer.  Once points have been transferred, it can no longer be transferred back.

Points Expiration

Points expire one (1) year from the date these were carried in the statement.

Points Redemption

1. To redeem any of the reward items:
   

   Points	Equivalent Reward Item
   500	Thirty (30) additional minutes to the Philippines in your Sarimanok One Phonecard
   1,000	Sixty (60) additional minutes to the Philippines in your Sarimanok One Phonecard
   1,500	One Hundred Twenty (120) additional minutes to the Philippines in your Sarimanok One Phonecard

   
   You must accumulate the required number of points.
   
   
2. By redeeming a reward, the cardholder releases ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and BigAtin, N.A., the co-marketers and suppliers and subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability to the cardholder for the redeemed points.
   
   
3. Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards or refundable, replaceable, or transferable to cash or credit.
   
   
4. All rewards are subject to availability and restrictions may apply as to when rewards can be redeemed.
   
   
5. Once accrued points in a cardholder’s Sarimanok One Account have been redeemed for any reward in the program or have been transferred to another customer, points cannot be transferred back into cardholder’s Sarimanok One Account.
   
   
6. Information supplied on the redemption of rewards may be used by ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and BigAtin, N.A. for administrative and marketing purposes.

Changes to the Program    

1. ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and/or BigAtin, N.A. reserves the right in its sole discretion to make any changes whatsoever to these Terms & Conditions, without notice.
   
   
2. ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and/or BigAtin, N.A. will not be liable for any reward not being available or being withdrawn for any reason whatsoever.
   
   
3. ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and/or BigAtin, N.A. reserves the right in its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, withhold, substitute, deny access to or use of or in any way change any of the rewards previously advertised or offered, to any cardholder, at any time, without prior notice, and ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and/or BigAtin, N.A. will not be liable for any loss or damaged suffered by the cardholder resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation, variation or change.

4. ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A. and/or BigAtin, N.A. reserves the right to change the points required to redeem an item without prior notice to customers.

General

1. If the Sarimanok One Account of a cardholder is not in good standing (blacklisted due to non-payment or fraud) or cardholder fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, the cardholder’s enrollment in the rewards program may be cancelled and points accrued may be forfeited.
   
   
2. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of points or redemption or use of any reward may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of cardholder’s Sarimanok One Account and BigAtin, N.A. membership.
   
   
3. ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A.’s failure to enforce a particular Term and Condition does not constitute a waiver of that Term and Condition by ABS-CBN Telecom, N.A.
   
   
4. The cardholder is solely responsible for the use of any reward, whether the reward is used by the cardholder or by a third party.
   
   
5. The cardholder is liable for any and all costs, charges, claims, or liabilities of whatsoever in nature arising from the use of any rewards and the earnings, redemption or use of any reward.
