Redemption

  • Redeemable rewards can either be single or multiple, product or service, from ABS-CBN or from Partners. They can be redeemed using pure points or points plus cash (fast track).
  • A Redemption Request Form (RRF) should be accomplished when redeeming a reward. Only Primary Members are allowed to make redemption request.
  • A member can redeem the product requested within one month from the time the Redemption Request Form (RRF) is submitted or the request is tagged in the system.
  • Statement of points and a catalogue of redeemable items shall be mailed to the Member semi-annually. For ME, it will be picked-up by the Members in ABS-CBN Global Office. A notification message either thru text or email will be sent to Members informing that They can already pick-up the Catalogue of Rewards and their STatement of Points.
  • Soft Benefits/instant benefits may be redeemed from any of the TFC offices, merchant outlets or during events by simply showing the Loyalty Card. All instant benefits are subject to availability.
