Membership Renewal/Deactivation
- BigAtin membership validity period is for two years. After which, membership will be automatically renewed as long as the member has been transacting with ABS-CBN Global for the past year.
- Primary Member and Supplementary Member's card end date is the same.
- Deactivation of account can either be triggered by ABS-CBN Global or by the Member himself
- ABS-CBN Global will automatically deactivate the account of a Member with no transaction one (1) year prior to the loyalty membership end date.
- The Supplementary Member's account shall also be deactivated upon Primary Member's deactivation of account.
- The Primary Member shall receive a notice from ABS-CBN Global three (3) months before BigAtin Loyalty membership end date for non-transaction for the past nine (9) or more months to remind the Member to transact with ABS-CBN and avoid deactivation of his loyalty membership and forfeiture of his points.
- A Member shall re-enroll when his loyalty account has been deactivated.
- A member who has anticipated that he would not be able to transact with ABS-CBN Global anymore (e.g. he will go back to the Philippines for good) can opt to deactivate his BigATin Loyalty membership.
- The member has the option to redeem the remaining points or to transfer the points to friends or family members who are also a member of BigAtin.
- Membership can be deactivated by calling ABS-CBN Global Office.
