Membership

General Statement

  • BigAtin Global Loyalty Program is exclusive only to ABS-CBN Global Customers
  • There are two types of Loyalty Accounts, Primary Account Members and Supplementary Members.
  • A member can either be active or inactive. Active status can be achieved as long as the Member continuously pays a subscription fee or purchases any product from ABS-CBN Global. However, when a member stops transacting with ABS-CBN global within a period of one year, his Membership Status will automatically expire.
  • The Membership card is not transferable. Member is liable for all unauthorized use of the card.
  • Membership is good for two years. it will automatically be renewed as long as the member is an active customer of ABS-CBN Global. Deactivation of account will only happen if there are no transactions within the past year.

Primary Account Members

  • Are given the privilege to extend membership to their family and friends as Supplementary Members
  • Are able to earn points each time they transact with ABS-CBN Global
  • Are able to enjoy the instant benefits-freebies and discounts from BigAtin merchants.

Supplementary Members

  • Are the Kapamilya of the Primary members who can enjoy the instant benefits of BigAtin
  • Are not able to earn points, instead each time they transact with ABS-CBN Global, the points they earn are accrued to the Primary member
