How To Enroll
- An Enrollee can either be an Existing Subscriber/Customer or a new Subscriber/Customer.
- Subscribers and Customers are not automatically enrolled in the program. They should fill up the BigAtin application form.
- The program membership is free and is one of the privileges of an ABS-CBN Global customer.
- Subscribers and Customers can apply for membership through the following channels:
- Walk-in application in ABS-CBN Global Office
- Walk-in application in Distributor/Dealer Office/Cable Partner
- Through Sales Reps/Agents
- Through Web site
- By sending application on ABS-CBN Office through fax
- Events and Campaigns
- Immediate Family Members and Friends of the Primary Member can enroll as Supplementary Members.
- A Primary Member with $5 USD account can have an extension of 1 Supplementary Member while a Primary Member with $ 20 USD account can have a maximum of 3 active Supplementary Members.
- Replacement of Supplementary membership shall be charged $10.00 USD .
- Families and Friends of the Primary Member living anywhere in the Philippines are eligible to the Supplementary Members but those living outside the Philippines must reside in the same residential address as the Primary Member.
- Each Head (under an Organizer) are eligible to be a Primary loyalty member.
- The Organizer shall elect the Heads who can apply as Primary Members.
- The Organizer should submit a new updated list of Heads every month.
- A newly-elected Head shall be given a Loyalty ID of his own free of charge.
- The Organizer can be a Primary Member as long as he is a paying subscriber.
- A Member can have only one active primary loyalty account at a time.
