Activation of Loyalty Account
- Activation of Loyalty Account will start upon receipt of the BigAtin form by each Channel.
- One (1) Month processing period should be allotted before the Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit can be picked-up.
- Member should identify pick-up channel upon enrollment.
- Loyalty Cards and Welcome Kit should be picked-up by the Members through the following Channel
- ABS-CBN Global Office
- Distributor's Office
- Cable Partner
- Payment Center
- Store
- Co-Marketing Partners
- Unclaimed Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit should be returned to ABS-CBN Global Office after one month. Member will be notified to claim Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit three times.
- Replacement of Loyalty Card will be charged.
- If a Primary member lost his card, a minimal fee of $5.00 USD will be charged for the replacement card.
- If a Supplementary member lost his card, a fee of $10.00 USD will be charged for the replacement card.
