Activation of Loyalty Account

  • Activation of Loyalty Account will start upon receipt of the BigAtin form by each Channel.
    1. One (1) Month processing period should be allotted before the Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit can be picked-up.
    2. Member should identify pick-up channel upon enrollment.

  • Loyalty Cards and Welcome Kit should be picked-up by the Members through the following Channel
    1. ABS-CBN Global Office
    2. Distributor's Office
    3. Cable Partner
    4. Payment Center
    5. Store
    6. Co-Marketing Partners

  • Unclaimed Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit should be returned to ABS-CBN Global Office after one month. Member will be notified to claim Loyalty Card and Welcome Kit three times.
  • Replacement of Loyalty Card will be charged.
    1. If a Primary member lost his card, a minimal fee of $5.00 USD will be charged for the replacement card.
    2. If a Supplementary member lost his card, a fee of $10.00 USD will be charged for the replacement card.
